Randy L. Miller is a Graduate Research Assistance Librarian at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA with a Masters degree in Library Media Education. He has 35 years of audio-visual and computer background, having worked as a radio announcer, voice artist, audio mixer, radio station manager, professional photographer and videographer. His first video productions were shot on a Sony portable 1/2 inch black and white reel-to-reel recorder.
