I was born in Mexico City, worked and studied photography at Eastman Kodak while training in traditional darkroom techniques. I am currently working as a senior Matte Painter/Environment TD at MPC in Vancouver BC. I have worked on several major productions including X-Men, Cinderella, Monster Calls, Fantastic 4, and X-Men: Apocalypse. I have more than seven years experience in the digital matte painting field. I have worked at Epicsfx studios for three years as an Art Director and Matte Painter for a variety of projects for both film and TV under the supervision and tutorship of Serkan Zelzele who has 20+ years experience in the movie industry.
