While she works as a freelance writer in the web design and technology spaces now, Suzanne previously had a decade-long career working as a project manager, during which time she worked for companies like Amazon and Disney. At the end of that career, she was tasked with rebuilding a failing web design agency. After the successful relaunch of the company, she decided to launch a writing business of her own so she could scale her reach and help companies all around the world improve their strategies, processes, and outcomes.
